主讲人力资源管理、管理学基础、现代管理原理、资源与运营管理、管理案例分析等课程。教学方法灵活多样，擅长教学设计，擅长模块化、任务驱动、小步调、个性化教学。主持建设的人力资源管理课程被评为国家级精品课程。获全国继续教育优秀教师、北京市师德先进个人、北京市高等教育教学成果二等奖（主持人）等多项省部级以上荣誉及奖励。

主要科研经历：

近年来主持、参与北京市社科规划项目等北京市级及以上课题8项，编著《现代人力资源管理》（中国人民大学出版社），主编教材2部，参编教材7部，在《科学管理研究》等学术期刊公开发表学术论文近30篇。获全国教育技术理论与实践作品大赛论文一等奖并大会宣讲，两岸七地远程教育论坛论文一等奖并大会宣讲，全国电大系统经管类教师优秀论文评比一等奖,中国成人教育协会中青年学术新秀等多项科研奖励。

Reseach experience:

In recent years, presided over and participated in 8 projects which are Beijing municipal level and above projects. Authored modern human resources management ( China Renmin University Press), edited 2 textbooks, participated in 7 textbooks. There are nearly 30 academic papers published in academic journals. Won the first prize of the national contest on educational technology theory and practice, and was also presented at the conference. Won the first prize for seven places across the Taiwan Straits Distance Education Forum. Won the first prize of outstanding papers competition of management system teachers in RTVU. Won young and middle-aged academic rookie of China Adult Education Association,etc..
