主要讲授企业信息管理、流通概论、电子商务概论等工商管理专业和电子商务专业课程。获北京市优秀教师、北京市教育先锋教书育人先进个人等多项省部级以上荣誉。主持开发了《企业信息管理》网络课程，获得全国广播电视大学精品课程。

主要科研经历：

作为工商管理学科带头人，主持北京市教委社科项目《基于现代远程教育的知识管理模式研究》、北京市财政项目《北京开放大学特许经营管理特色专业建设》等多项省部级课题，主持了《基于Web环境下的企业知识管理系统构建研究》等多项校级课题。出版专著《企业信息管理与知识管理系统构建研究》。近年来在核心期刊上发表了“基于人工神经网络的企业知识管理综合评价模型研究”等20余篇专业论文。荣获全国成人教育优秀科研成果奖。主编《企业信息管理》、《企业物流管理》等多部教材，《企业物流管理》获北京市精品教材。

Teaching experience:

I mainly teach Enterprise Information Management, Principles of Distribution, Introduction to Electronic Commerce, etc, which are the major courses of Business Administration and E-commerce .

I’ve been awarded “Beijing Education Pioneer”, and “Advanced Persons in Teaching”, and many other provincial level prizes. And I’ve been awarded “Outstanding Teachers of Beijing Open University” many times.

I led the development of online course "Enterprise Information Management", which has been rated excellent courses of National Radio and Television University.

Research experience:

As the leading researcher of Business Administration, I’ve presided over many provincial level projects, such as "Research on Knowledge management model research based on modern remote education”, a social science study initiated by Beijing education commission, and “The Construction of The Specialty of franchising management in Beijing Open University ” initiated by Beijing finance. I’ve also presided over many other university projects, such as “the Research of building enterprise knowledge management systems based on the Web environment”.

I’ve published my own book named “The Research of Building Enterprise Information Management and Knowledge Management Systems”. In recent years, I’ve published a paper Called “The Research of Synthetic Evaluation Model of Enterprise Knowledge Management Based on Artificial Neural Network”, and over 20 more papers on core professional journals. I’m honored to be awarded The Outstanding Research Prize of National Adult Education.

I was in charge of compiling "Enterprise Information Management" "Enterprise Logistics Management" and other textbooks. The book, "Enterprise Logistics Management" was awarded Beijing excellent textbook.
