Teaching experience:
Responsible for business strategy management course, e-commerce course, production and operations management course, etc.. The teaching method is flexible and diverse, good at instructional design, case teaching, immersion teaching, long-term researched on depth learning strategies. The human resource management course which I took part in as a core member was selected as the National Excellent Course ; the career planning course won the excellent course of The Open University of China. Won the second prize of Beijing higher education achievement. Co-authoredenterprise logistics managementteaching material which won Beijing top-quality teaching material.
Research experience:
In recent years, presided over and participated in 10 projects which are Beijing municipal level and above projects. Won the second prize of scientific and technological progress in Heilongjiang province. Co-authored 3 textbooks. The 23 session of the Asian Assosiation of Open Universities annual meeting parallel speech. Won the first prize for seven places across the Taiwan Straits Education Forum.
