主要教学经历：

担任北京开放大学工商管理专业课程责任教师，主讲《管理学基础》、《国际特许经营》、《资源与运营管理》、《非财务经理的财务课》等多门课程。

主持基于Moodle平台的在线课程设计开发，组建教学团队，积累了丰富的网络课程设计开发、教学运行管理和在线辅导经验。

参与英国开放大学职业发展类课程引进项目，主持翻译并改编两门英文原版课程，设计制作的《西方职场道德案例》荣获中国高校电视奖教学类节目一等奖。

获北京开放大学第一届教师基本功大赛一等奖。

主要科研经历：

翻译并出版三本译著：《金融的王道》、《资产配置的艺术（完整版）》、《资产配置的艺术（精华版）》。

参与多个科研项目，在《开放学习研究》等期刊上发表多篇论文。

2011年英国开放大学访问学者；2013年香港大学专业进修学院访问学者。
